Job summary

The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank is seeking an Investment Services support professional to assist Investment Officers with operations, client service, and regulatory compliance. You will manage accounts, process transactions, and coordinate with advisors and back office to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Financial Services/Investments and a Series 7 license (or plans to obtain).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Financial Services/Investments.
• Series 7 Securities License and Series 65/66, Insurance and Annuities Licenses preferred (or to be obtained after hire).
• Experience in financial services or banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork and transactions, open new accounts, and verify documents.
• Set up and maintain client files and ensure compliance with policies.
• Follow regulatory requirements including OFAC and BSA.
• Enter and monitor mutual funds and stock orders; process annuity purchases.
• Act as liaison between advisors, back office, and product providers.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote the program and services.
