Job summary

Colliers International in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Associate Broker for Investment Sales in Land & Development. This role targets property owners, developers, homebuilders and investors, offering exposure to underwriting, market analysis and client presentations across the Bay Area.

You will use AI-assisted tools for market research, track ownership records, and support transactions from initial outreach to closing under senior broker mentorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, finance, urban planning, or related field.
• Strong analytical drive and ability to build financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce client-ready materials.
• Self-directed, organized; able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with mapping tools or data research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect property owners, developers, homebuilders and investors through outreach.
• Track ownership records, transaction activity, and market conditions in Bay Area submarkets.
• Support underwriting and financial analysis of land/development sites.
• Assist in preparing offering memoranda and client presentations.
• Engage in client meetings, site tours, and industry events to build relationships.
• Apply AI-assisted tools for market research and data aggregation.
• Progress toward independently sourcing and underwriting transactions under mentorship.
