Job summary

Colliers is seeking an Associate Broker in Investment Sales for Land & Development in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will work closely with a senior broker on acquisitions, dispositions, and development advisory assignments, gaining hands-on experience from Day One.

This is a structured apprenticeship aimed at building a successful commercial real estate broker career. You will prospect, analyze, and present opportunities, with exposure to multifamily, affordable housing, industrial, and hotel

Qualifications

Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of California.
2+ years of experience in sales, real estate, finance, urban planning, or related field.
Ability to build financial models, interpret site data, and form market views.
Strong prospecting, client relationship, and communication skills.
Interest or background in land, development, and investment real estate.

Responsibilities

Prospect property owners, developers, homebuilders and investors through outreach.
Track ownership records, transaction activity, and market conditions in Bay Area.
Support underwriting and financial analysis of land/development sites.
Assist in preparing offering memoranda, VOIs, and client presentations.
Attend client meetings and industry events to build relationships.
Apply AI-assisted tools for market research and data aggregation.
Progress toward independently sourcing and executing land transactions under mentorship.
