Story Homes is seeking driven Real Estate Agents to grow their business in California. This hybrid role prioritizes in-office collaboration to accelerate learning, deal flow, and success. We welcome experienced agents or newcomers ready to learn the investment side and build relationships with investor clients.

You will guide cash buyers, analyze deals, negotiate, and stay ahead of market trends while targeting personal sales goals and a vibrant book of business.

Qualifications

Active California Real Estate License or ability to obtain it.
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales skills.
Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset.
Real estate experience is a bonus but training is provided.
Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients.
Resilient, self-motivated and growth-oriented.
