This hybrid role encourages regular in-office collaboration to accelerate learning and deal flow. Whether you are an experienced agent or new to real estate, you will train and mentor under seasoned teammates, focus on building relationships, analyzing deals, and closing investments for cash buyers.

Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate License or ability to obtain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guide cash buyers through purchasing investment properties.

• Prospect daily via calls, texts, email, and in-person meetings to build pipeline of investors.
