Responsibilities

Guide cash buyers through purchasing investment properties.
Build trust-based client relationships and become their investment expert.
Analyze deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process.
Negotiate win-win outcomes for each transaction.
Stay informed on market trends and local inventory.
Hit personal sales goals and grow a robust book of business.
Prospect daily via calls, texts, email, and in-person meetings to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified investors.
