Job summary

Wellington Management invites a Boston-based Business Intelligence Co-op to work with the Investment Platform BI team. You will help build data-driven insights, dashboards and scalable reporting while gaining exposure to investment processes and data from multiple sources.

You will collaborate with investors and colleagues globally, developing analytics that support management decisions in a fast-paced environment. Starting December 2026, a cross-functional, hybrid arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record, including relevant coursework in data analytics, computer science, information systems, finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Excellent communication, writing and Excel skills are required.
• Demonstrated interest in the investment management industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO Team on a broad range of initiatives and report to the Director of Business Intelligence & Supervisory Practices.
• Coordinate materials for meetings and capture key discussion points and follow-up items.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards and analytical tools to help leaders identify trends and make decisions.
