Job summary

Wellington Management in Boston is offering a co-op in the Financial Operations and Analysis group. You will support revenue reporting and analyses for senior management, working with asset, client, and investment style data.

The role involves updating reports, automating with SQL, Tableau, Python, and assisting portfolio manager reporting. Start date December 2026/January 2027; hybrid work with in-office four days a week and one remote.

Qualifications

• Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau (Python experience is a plus).
• Quick learner with the drive to learn as much as possible about the asset management business
• Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a sense of humor
• Maturity, professionalism, and a high level of discretion are required

Responsibilities

• Update and distribute monthly revenue reports and analyses used by groups throughout the firm
• Automate reports using SQL, Tableau, AI tools, and Python
• Help produce portfolio manager reporting by various attributes including AUM & Revenue
• Use technology to create efficiencies across FP&A
• Respond to ad hoc projects and requests from various groups
