Competenze

• 8–10+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within credit operations.
• Prior management experience within credit operations required.
• Experience with CLOs, syndicated bank loans, structured products, or related credit investments.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and trading or settlement platforms.
• Experience with Advent Geneva preferred.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and credit agreements.
• Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree with a foundation in finance or accounting.

Mansioni

• Oversee credit investment operations, with a primary focus on reconciliations across loans, bonds, structured products, and CLOs
• Manage day-to-day activities of internal and external teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables
• Oversee cash and position reconciliations between internal records, trustees, custodians, and administrators
• Lead reconciliation break resolution, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts
• Manage relationships with CLO trustees, agent banks, trading counterparties, and other external partners
• Oversee loan servicing, corporate actions, interest and principal distributions, and related data accuracy
• Coordinate operational readiness for new CLO launches, closings, and investment onboarding
• Improve workflows, strengthen controls, monitor operational risks, and report key metrics to senior management
• Coach and develop team members while establishing priorities and accountability
