Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a CLO Operations professional to support our US Credit Platform. The role involves reconciling trades, projecting CLO cash flows, and coordinating with analysts and service providers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of operations experience in banking or CLO/fixed income, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with loan processing systems such as ClearPar and Sentry. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile open trades and monitor the trade settlement process for loans, bonds, and equity.

• Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and providers.
• Reconcile monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions.
• Support CLO-related transactions, including new issues, resets, and refinancings.

Company Overview:

A leading global manager of alternative investments, with expertise in private equity, real estate, and credit management, is seeking a professional to join their CLO Operations team. This role supports operations, accounting, trading, and investment teams within their US Credit Platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile open trades and monitor the trade settlement process for loans, bonds, and equity
• Work with analysts to project CLO cash flows
• Monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings
• Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers
• Reconcile monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
• Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure proper updates internally and with service providers
• Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management and coordination with audit and tax teams
• Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including new issues, resets, and refinancings
• Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures
• Work with fund accountants and administrators to resolve bank loan-related inquiries
• Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as assigned

Compensation:

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
