Job summary

Landing Point seeks an Investment Operations Manager in Boston to lead reconciliation and operational support across its credit teams, including CLO products. You will oversee a global team, managing daily functions, ensuring accuracy, and strengthening internal/external partnerships with banks and trustees.

The role requires 8-10+ years in financial services and hands-on experience with Bloomberg, Advent Geneva, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in a complex financial services industry.
• Prior management experience within Credit Operations required.
• BS or BA with finance and accounting basics.
• Experience with Bloomberg and other trading and settlement software platforms.
• Familiarity with legal documents and credit agreements.
• Experience in Advent Geneva preferred.
• Solid Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of investment operations, focusing on reconciliation across Credit strategies and asset classes.
• Manage and oversee day-to-day work of a global team ensuring quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Build and enhance relationships with internal clients and external partners including agent banks.
• Own relationship with CLO trustees, ensuring service levels and data quality.
• Develop and manage workflows to increase controls and efficiency.
• Oversee daily/monthly reconciliation of cash and positions, resolving discrepancies.
• Lead break resolution and analysis for reconciliation items and root causes.
• Track and report key reconciliation metrics to senior management.
• Oversee loan servicing activity and corporate actions processing, validating records.
• Manage warehouse-to-CLO tie-out process at closing.
• Lead operational readiness for CLO fund launches.
• Support new deal onboarding and position onboarding with accurate static data.
• Escalate and manage operational risk issues, including error tracking and remediation.
• Staff development and coaching of direct reports.
