Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Alternative Investments Associates and Accountants to join a specialized team responsible for hedge funds, private equity funds and closed-end products.

You will calculate NAVs and disseminate performance data to the investment advisor and investors, serving as the primary fund accountant across multiple relationships. Responsibilities include recording trades and income/expense activity, applying securities valuations, reconciling investor contributions and withdrawals,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business-related field.
Five or more years of related experience in portfolio/partnership accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

Calculate net asset values and disseminate financial data to advisors and investors.
Record trades, income/expense activity and apply securities valuations in the fund accounting system.
Enter and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals in the partnership accounting system.
Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
Review fund expense analyses and processing.
