Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Alternative Investments Associate/Accountant to support hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end products.

The role includes calculating NAVs, disseminating performance data, and ensuring GAAP-compliant accounting for multiple relationships. Responsibilities include recording trades, reconciling investor contributions and withdrawals, and preparing financial statements, audits, and tax schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience, preferably in portfolio/partnership accounting, finance or portfolio management

Responsibilities

• Calculate net asset values and disseminate financial and performance information.
• Act as primary fund accountant on multiple relationships, ensuring GAAP-compliant fund accounting functions.
• Record trade information, income/expense activity and reconcile investor contributions and withdrawals.
• Prepare fund financial statements, audit and tax schedules.
