Glenmede is seeking an Investment Management Services Associate in Philadelphia, operating in a hybrid role with three days in the office.

You will join the IMS team to support client service, trade processes, SMA operations, and account maintenance across private investments and banking services. The role emphasizes collaboration, data integrity, and efficient client outcomes in a boutique environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services supporting operations, middle office, investor services, or related roles.
• Experience in data integrity, project coordination, and client service is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support investor services for private investments with cross-team coordination.
• Oversee SMA operations, including onboarding and reconciliations.
• Assist trade support, including trade matching and settlements.
• Help manage securities-based lines of credit and related banking services.
• Support relationship management with account maintenance and reporting.
• Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and process improvements.
