Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–2 years in financial services or related ops roles preferred.
- Experience with middle office workflows desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate private investment processes with stakeholders across Glenmede.
- Manage SMA operations and onboard external strategies.
- Perform daily position and cash reconciliations for externally custodied accounts.
- Support trade matching and settlement for Fixed Income and Equity orders.
- Serve as the central contact for administration of securities-based lines of credit.
- Assist client service teams with account changes and cashflow reporting.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and process improvements.
