Glenmede Trust Co. is seeking a Management Associate to support a team of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and investment specialists in daily portfolio management and client service.

You will analyze asset allocation and portfolio construction to ensure alignment with client objectives and policy guidelines, while participating in internal meetings and presenting insights. Located in New York, NY with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in an investment environment.
• CFA or CFP designation is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Support Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and investment specialists in daily portfolio management and client service.
• Analyze asset allocation, portfolio construction, and strategy investments to align with objectives and guidelines.
• Synthesize data into messages on tilts, concentrations, drivers, risk and company info.
• Participate in internal investment meetings and updates.
• Handle routine client inquiries and proactively resolve issues with guidance.
• Maintain client information in the CRM system and collaborate with other departments.
• Review daily reports for investment implications and prepare client meeting materials.
• Attend events and contribute to department and firm-wide initiatives.
