Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in financial services supporting operations, middle office, investor services, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Investor Services for Private Investments: coordinate with stakeholders and prepare subscription packages.
• SMA Operations: manage daily operations and onboarding of external strategies.
• Trade Support: assist with trade matching, settlement, and liaison with brokers and custodians.
• Banking Services: administer securities-based lines of credit and related collateral obligations.
• Relationship Management Services: support account maintenance and cashflow reporting.
• Firm Building: participate in cross‑functional projects to advance Glenmede's goals.
