Job summary

Glenmede is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Relationship Managers in day-to-day client contact, trust and investment account administration, and compliance tasks in a hybrid office setting (3 days in Philadelphia).

You will engage with clients and external advisors, handle routine inquiries, assist with meetings, and help maintain effective client service while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0-4 years of experience in the financial services area, preferably in a fiduciary environment, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in the administration of trust, investment and retirement accounts.
• Monitor daily reports for accuracy and follow-up.
• Coordinate client meetings and communications with clients and internal partners.
• Prepare client meeting materials and assist with presentations with relationship teams.
