Job summary

Pave Bank is seeking a detail-oriented back-office specialist to run the day-to-day operations for the investment business, handling client instructions from transmission to settlement and maintaining accurate position and cash records.

You will work with Finance, Compliance and external counterparties, producing timely reports for institutional clients and supporting collateral custody, with a focus on accuracy and controls.

Qualifications

• One to four years in operations, finance, fund admin or client servicing at a bank or asset manager.
• Careful, numerate approach with checks before sending.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data.
• Ability to stay composed under month-end deadlines.
• Clear written English for counterparty communications.
• Discretion with confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions from instruction to settlement.
• Reconcile positions and cash daily; investigate breaks.
• Calculate month-end yield and fee accruals; reconcile with reports.
• Prepare monthly client statements with four-eyes check.
• Support collateral custody: asset movements, client instructions, reporting.
• Maintain client records and respond to queries.
• Update operating procedures and spot risks, help automate tasks.
