Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Trade Management, Investment Operations, or Finance.
• Understanding of bank loans and the trade lifecycle under LSTA/LMA docs.
• Familiarity with credit agreement terms and day-to-day processes.
• Ability to perform detailed data reconciliations across source systems.
• Experience with enterprise LMS such as Sentry/Allvue/LoanIQ or similar

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle of private credit investments, including trade support and reconciliations.
• Coordinate settlement, funding, and lifecycle events with brokers and custodians.
• Collaborate with research, portfolio management, fund accounting, and tech to improve workflows.
• Address operational needs with internal and external parties and drive resolution.
• Enhance infrastructure for scalability while maintaining governance and controls.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
