Job summary

Pave Bank, the world’s first programmable business bank, is hiring for a back-office operations role focused on the investment business. You will handle day-to-day processing from instruction to settlement and maintain accurate cash and position records for institutional clients.

You will collaborate with Finance, Compliance and external counterparties, producing timely statements and reporting, while constantly improving procedures and reducing manual steps through tooling.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in operations, finance, fund administration or client servicing at a bank or asset manager.
• Strong numerical and analytical mindset with attention to data integrity.
• Proficient in Excel and handling large data files; able to spot mismatches.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions from instruction through settlement and maturity.
• Reconcile positions and cash daily against counterparty records and clear breaks.
• Calculate month-end yield and fee accruals and reconcile with counterparty reporting.
• Prepare monthly client statements with a four-eyes check before release.
• Support collateral custody, including asset movements, instructions and reporting.
• Maintain client records and respond to queries from clients, counterparties and auditors.
• Keep operating procedures current and help move manual steps into back-office tooling.
