The Vanguard Group seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to support daily operations of the investment book of record and ensure accurate, timely data delivery to portfolio managers and risk teams.

In this hybrid role, you will resolve complex reconciliation issues, drive process improvements, and strengthen controls across cash flow, transactions, and holdings data in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience required.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; accounting/finance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee global daily operations for the investment book of record.
• Provide data to portfolio managers and risk analysts.
• Lead process improvements and document procedures across investment products.
• Resolve complex reconciliation issues and strengthen operational controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
