Job description

Firm Description: This firm is an alternative investment manager specializing in private credit that manages over $50 billion AUM.

Location: Midtown Manhattan (in-office four days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing diverse credit portfolios by reconciling positions, cash flows, and P&L
• Maintain accurate and timely records while ensuring alignment with internal controls and external requirements
• Coordinate and support all aspects of loan activity, including booking, servicing, PIK rollovers, and paydowns
• Review transaction documentation and ensure smooth execution and reporting
• Aggregate and analyze data from multiple systems for reporting and decision support
• Partner with investment teams to deliver insightful reporting and ensure data integrity
• Play a role in building a centralized “golden source” of data by tackling fragmented sources and processes
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows and lead initiatives to automate and streamline operations
• Work closely with tech teams to develop scalable tools that reduce manual touchpoints and operational risk
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and adapt as needed to drive continued improvement
• Uphold compliance and risk management standards across daily processes
