Your new role

As a Sales Operations Associate (Renewals), you will manage the end-to-end renewals process, ensuring timely contract renewals, accurate record-keeping, and supporting sales and customer success teams to secure ongoing business. Your role is vital in maintaining operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance throughout the renewal lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage contract renewals, ensuring timely invoicing, documentation, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and subscription management systems.
  • Support renewal notifications, documentation requests, and contract amendments.
  • Collaborate with sales to provide renewal details and assist in customer negotiations.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to automate reminders and track expirations.
  • Generate reports on renewal status and ensure compliance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve renewal issues and ensure smooth execution.
What you’ll bring to the role
  • 2-4+ years' experience in renewals, sales operations, or related administrative roles within SaaS or subscription services.
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience in contract processing and data management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive follow-up skills and ability to manage conflicting requests.
  • Interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
  • Experience working across different teams and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in subscription lifecycle management and contract execution.
  • Background in customer success or sales support roles.
