Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Familiarity with fund structuring, private capital, or investment fund operations.
• Understanding of fund legal structures, partnership agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with operational reporting tools or databases is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in private funds, fund formation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the structuring and formation of new investment funds, including partnerships, LLCs, and other fund vehicles.
• Coordinate fund documentation, subscription agreements, and offering materials with internal teams and external counsel.
• Track and manage timelines for fund closings, capital commitments, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, compliance, and operations teams to ensure fund structures meet regulatory and investor requirements.
• Support fund reporting, investor communications, and operational setup for new funds.
• Maintain data, dashboards, and documentation to ensure smooth fund launches and ongoing compliance.
• Identify process improvements to streamline fund structuring workflows.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and operational summaries for senior management.
