Position Overview

Fund Structuring Analysts support investment teams, legal counsel, and operations teams by assisting with the design, setup, and structuring of investment funds and vehicles. Key Responsibilities

  • Support fund formation processes, including documentation review and coordination with legal counsel

  • Coordinate with fund administrators, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accurate fund setup and compliance
