Job summary

Allocate is seeking a Fund Operations Associate in New York, NY, to support 150+ funds across the platform. You will manage wires, capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and investor data integrity with precise execution and urgency.

You will partner with Client Services, Legal, Fund Admin, and Product to resolve issues, document core workflows, and build scalable processes that support rapid growth and a high-touch client experience for wealth advisors and investors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in fund operations or related role.
• Working knowledge of private fund structures and capital call mechanics.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a portfolio of funds.
• Relentless problem solver who takes ownership and drives results.
• Strong track record of extreme client service with proactive follow-through.
• Strong reconciliation and data-handling skills across large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Systematic thinker who documents processes and builds repeatable workflows.
• Growth-oriented and energized by scaling environments.
• Active and curious AI practitioner interested in applying AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of wires, capital calls, and distributions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with fund administrators and custodians to reconcile positions and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform bank account reconciliations and track fund cash flows across active funds.
• Manage the line of credit lifecycle across funds and reconcile balances.
• Track and reconcile fund fees, expenses, and carried interest accruals.
