Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is seeking a financial advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals through comprehensive planning, investment guidance, and tailored solutions. The role involves triaging client leads, referrals to business partners, and building long-term client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing professional development.

You will review goals with clients, construct financial plans, and recommend brokerage products.

Qualifications

Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63/65 optional replacement).
At least 1 year in investments with product knowledge.
1+ year in financial services or sales with goals met.
Demonstrates goal setting, relationship building, and collaboration.
Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
CFP/CRPC designation and/or insurance licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan client financial goals and create a financial plan using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities).
Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers based on needs and assets.
Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities.
Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
