Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide tailored financial guidance and solutions to help clients reach their goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products while completing required licenses and trainings.

The role emphasizes regulatory due diligence, relationship-building, and collaboration to deliver comprehensive financial services across a range of client needs.

Competenze

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66) or ability to obtain them.
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments industry or financial services sales.
• Experience in a role meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regulatory due diligence.

Mansioni

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Provide banking and investments recommendations aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal partners based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance in daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients and build relationships across the financial center.
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners to optimize client solutions.
