Job summary

Bank of America is hiring to provide comprehensive financial guidance and customized solutions. You will meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products, while ensuring compliance with SAFE Act requirements.

Role involves triaging client leads, referrals to business partners, and delivering tailored investment and banking strategies, with a focus on building trusted client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if missing 66 but holding 63 or 65, offer contingent on passing 66 within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry with training and product knowledge.
• At least one year experience in financial services and/or sales with goals achieved.
• Ability to set and meet goals and build relationships.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for client engagement.
• Able to manage goals, navigate complexity, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan financial goals by building a plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk in daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
