The role requires Series 7 & 66 licenses and relevant investment experience, with a focus on client relationships, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Training and diverse locations support growth.

Qualifications

• Current holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) with plan to complete missing series within 60 days if needed.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry with training and product knowledge.
• At least one year in financial services or a sales environment with targets met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, and regulatory due diligence awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigates risk as part of daily activities and maintains compliance.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and products.
