You will review goals with clients, construct financial plans, and recommend banking and investment strategies. This position requires Series 7 & 66 licenses and at least one year in investments or financial services.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63/65 with condition that 66 is passed within 60 days).
• At least 1 year of investments industry experience.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage clients.
• Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Regulatory due diligence incorporated into daily activities and long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' financial goals and build a plan using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal partners by asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
