Bank of America is seeking a driven financial advisor professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients. You will build financial plans, review goals, and recommend brokerage products while meeting regulatory requirements.

The role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent), with at least one year in investments or financial services, and a proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Current holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; if missing 66 but has 63 or 65, offer contingent on passing missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry with product knowledge and services.
• At least one year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met/exceeded.
• Sets and achieves goals; builds and nurtures strong relationships; collaborates well.
• Communicates effectively with clients and engages across partners; manages time and complexity.
• Reads and applies regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long-term planning.

Responsabilités

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triage client requests and refer to internal service providers by asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage new clients through referrals or center of influence.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and services.
