Job summary

Bank of America seeks a financial advisor to provide comprehensive guidance and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, and build financial plans with brokerage products.

You will complete licenses and trainings as required by the SAFE Act. Role requires Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 alternative) licenses, and at least one year in investments or financial services.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; or 63/65 with condition to pass missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in investments and financial services.
• Experience in a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging all clients.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Triages client leads and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Plans with clients to review financial goals and builds a financial plan using brokerage products.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and products.
• Delivers comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions.
• Maintains regulatory due diligence and completes required licenses and trainings.
