Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. (PECO) seeks a Financial Analyst Intern for our Cincinnati, OH office.

You will support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, NOI and capital forecasting, and data integration between MRI and AE systems while learning from senior analysts. You must be an undergraduate student in Finance with a 3.0+ GPA, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to work full-time during the semester.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student studying Finance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong MS Excel modeling skills and ability to analyze data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting for internal users and external investors.
• Support NOI and capital forecasting analyses and variance research.
• Help with budget/forecast process and update financial templates.
• Prepare quarterly Board of Directors presentations.
• Load and reconcile data between MRI and AE forecasting systems.
