• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review rent charges for accuracy and ensure contracts and vendors are billed correctly.
• Assist in monthly close duties and various special projects.
• Prepare monthly utility accruals and fixed asset additions/disposals.
• Complete fixed asset roll-forwards and depreciation review for multiple properties.
