Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company seeks a Leasing Intern in Cincinnati to assist Leasing Professionals across the department. You will support diligence, property tours, marketing, research, and networking while gaining hands-on experience in leasing a space at PECO.

You must be a current university student in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field with strong communication and organizational skills, available to work 40 hours weekly during the summer in our Cincinnati, OH office.

Qualifications

• Current university student pursuing Real Estate, Sales, Finance, or a related business field with at least a 3.0 GPA.
• Prior internship experience and interest in sales are preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with ability to interact across levels.

Responsibilities

• Diligence and property tours to support leasing process.
• Marketing and research including broker lists, mailings, and campaigns.
• Merchandising strategy and planning for spaces.
• Networking, follow-up, and lead development.
• Prospecting and preparing proposals, letters of intent and lease negotiations.
