Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Smartsheet or Procore is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in commercial real estate and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking and managing active TIA projects from inception to completion.
• Communicate with tenants to understand scope, timelines, and needs.
• Support outreach to gather construction plans and permitting status.
• Update project dashboards and trackers for reporting.
• Collaborate with leasing, construction, and property management teams.
• Contribute to process improvement and document best practices.
