Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company seeks a Portfolio Management Operations Intern in Cincinnati for Spring 2027. You will support the Customer Solutions Team on collections initiatives across properties, help standardize data with accounting, and improve data organization while coordinating tenant contact information and help desk tickets.

You’ll gain exposure to PECO’s portfolio management processes, document work, and collaborate with professionals at various levels within the company, developing time

Qualifications

• A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Solutions Team with collections efforts at properties.
• Support cross-functional projects with accounting to standardize data.
• Organize and update tenant contact information across the company.
• Monitor and assign help desk tickets and update policies and procedures manuals.
