Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking an Evergreen Portfolio Management Investment Data Associate. The role focuses on building and maintaining the investment data universe, connecting across HarbourVest platforms, and collaborating with Portfolio Managers, capital markets, and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3-5 years of business analyst experience in investment management or FinTech preferred.
Proficient in SQL, Python, and data analysis to support system design and testing.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between Evergreen Portfolio Management and HarbourVest's data lake; ensure data access and alignment.
Generate analytical insights to advise liquidity planning, portfolio construction, and performance optimization.
Develop data-driven recommendations to improve decision making for evergreen strategies.
Maintain dashboards that transform complex investment data into clear views for portfolio management.
Produce materials supporting fundraising, client engagement, and inquiries.
