HarbourVest Partners in the United States is seeking an experienced valuation professional to join its Evergreen Valuations team. You will lead daily valuation of evergreen fund investments, collaborating with Fund Accounting, Investment Teams, and Operations to ensure valuation support and timely reporting.

The role also involves building robust controls, and documenting methodologies, while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting investment valuation or related private markets.
• Familiarity with private market investment structures and valuation approaches.
• Strong data and financial analysis skills in Excel or similar tools.
• Experience partnering with colleagues across multiple teams.
• Professional designation (CPA/CFA/ASA) valued but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily valuation activities for investments in HarbourVest’s evergreen funds.
• Assess portfolio activity and market developments affecting values.
• Review daily valuation movements and detect anomalies against activity and market conditions.
• Maintain valuation documentation, controls, and approved procedures.
• Prepare daily reporting on valuation movements and key judgments.
• Coordinate resolution of valuation issues within daily deadlines.
