Job summary

AssetMark is seeking a Platform Revenue professional in Concord with a hybrid schedule. You will manage fee billing, validation, debiting/crediting, reconciliation, reporting, and payments to advisors and firms.

The role involves coordinating monthly and quarterly cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across units. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in financial services or billing, with strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly/quarterly revenue collection across business units.
• Oversee third-party payments and billing maintenance.
• Perform daily review of billing transactions and QA.
• Implement and review negotiated fee agreements.
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ad-hoc revenue analysis as needed.
