Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Data Solutions leader in Boston to drive the data strategy within the Operations function, partnering with Performance, Benchmark, and Technology teams. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on governance, data quality, and program delivery across performance-related data.

Responsibilities include leading a hands-on data delivery effort, building a clear roadmap for Marsh's performance capabilities, and guiding a team of data analysts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Asset Management industry and data governance.
• Strong communication skills to convey data concepts and business outcomes.
• Ability to work under pressure and balance competing priorities.
• Enthusiasm for solving problems through data, technology and connecting the dots.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Definition & Leadership: Lead the execution of the data strategy with governance and quality.
• Roadmap, Delivery & Measurement: Create a roadmap for performance data capabilities and oversee programs.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for data/workflow innovation and AI integration.
