Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a dedicated financial advisor in the United States to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions that help clients reach their financial goals. You will triage client leads, refer to business partners, review financial and investment goals, and build a financial plan using brokerage products.

Required licenses include Series 7 and 66, with at least one year in investments and in financial services or sales.

Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, or the equivalent 63/65 in lieu of 66.
• Minimum of one year in the investments industry with knowledge of products and services.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Demonstrates regulatory due diligence and time-management skills.
• Must work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal providers based on asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
