Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions, helping clients reach financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, and build financial plans that include brokerage products.

Required licenses (Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 with requirement), and at least one year in investments or financial services. Strong relationship skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses; if you do not hold the 66 but have 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with a passing score within 60 days.
• Minimum of one year of experience in investments or financial services and knowledge of investment products.
• Experience in a sales environment with goals met or exceeded; ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
