Qualifications

• Licensed Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with clients.
• Ability to manage time, navigate complexity, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan and recommending brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential services.
