Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a client-facing financial advisor to deliver comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions. The role includes triaging client leads, referring to business partners, meeting with clients to review goals, building plans, and recommending brokerage products.

Licences (Series 7 and 66 or 63/65) and licenses training are required, with SAFE Act registrations for mortgage activity where applicable.

Qualifications

. Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or the equivalent 63 and 65 in lieu of 66) licences.
. Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products.
. Experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities) and banking solutions.
Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
Identifies potential new clients through referrals or centre clientele.
Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners.
