Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them reach their financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review goals, build financial plans, and recommend banking and brokerage products.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses; or 63 & 65 with 66 passing within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in the investments industry.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build strong relationships.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
