Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalents
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Plans clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client goals
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and services
