Job summary

Bank of America in the United States seeks a licensed financial professional to provide client-focused financial planning and brokerage guidance. Required licenses include Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 with condition), plus at least one year in investments and financial services.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; or 63/65 with condition that missing series is passed within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in investments and financial services.
• Experience in a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to set and meet goals, build relationships, and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals and build financial plans with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
